By using dings.surf ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Description of Service

When you find something good, you ding it. Your network sees it. You see what they find.

Your Account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You're responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Let us know if you notice any unauthorized access to your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Create multiple accounts
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of the URLs and content you share. By using the Service, you grant us a license to display your content publicly as part of the Service's functionality.

Public Nature: Content you save is public by default. Anyone can view your profile and saved dings at dings.surf/[username].

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by dings.surf and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
